Aims and Purposes
Every year, the YMCA intensively supports nearly 215,000 young people.At Colchester YMCA, we are working to achieve the following aims in 2011-2015:
- Financial Sustainability: we will grow our work and be more financially sustainable.
- Housing: we will develop more and better housing services.
- Development- diversify: we will develop new work in new areas.
- Quality & Influence- reputation: we will be recognised as the leader in the activities and areas in which we operate.
